In this article, we demonstrate a ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ and ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ to defeat at last severe acute liver diseases with a ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฑ๐น๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ฎ๐น๐น.
We successfully overcame the challenge of industrial production in a GMP environment with a batch of 15 billion GStemHep cells. This batch showed ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ in treating acute liver failure, with ๐บ๐๐น๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐บ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, very rapid effects (< 3 hours) and a straightforward preparation method adapted to medical emergencies, with a ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ป, ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐-๐๐ผ-๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐.
