SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATION
The GOLIVER THERAPEUTICS team is very proud to share the scientific publication stemming from its research in the journal Stem Cell Research & Therapy, “𝗖𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗚𝗠𝗣-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 »
In this article, we demonstrate a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗰 and 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 to defeat at last severe acute liver diseases with a 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹.
We successfully overcame the challenge of industrial production in a GMP environment with a batch of 15 billion GStemHep cells. This batch showed 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 in treating acute liver failure, with 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, very rapid effects (< 3 hours) and a straightforward preparation method adapted to medical emergencies, with a 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗻, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁.
